Terms of Use
These terms govern access to FrickinBrand.com and use of the domain-name marketplace operated by Frickin Brand Inc.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate information when using an account, contact form, cart, or transaction service.
2. Marketplace listings
Frickin Brand Inc presents domain names that may be available for purchase. Listing information may be corrected or updated, and availability can change before a transaction is accepted and funded. A website listing by itself does not complete a sale or transfer ownership.
3. Escrow.com transactions
Purchases are processed through Escrow.com, an independent third-party escrow provider. Buyers must create or use an Escrow.com account, accept its terms, and follow the instructions for payment, inspection, acceptance, rejection, and dispute handling. If these Terms conflict with the terms of an individual Escrow.com transaction on a transaction matter, the Escrow.com transaction terms control.
4. Domain transfer
The buyer must provide accurate registrar-account information and respond promptly to registrar and Escrow.com notices. Transfer method and timing depend on registrar requirements, account access, applicable transfer locks, and the buyer’s cooperation. The separate Domain Transfer Policy forms part of these Terms.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, written material, graphics, branding, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Frickin Brand Inc and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for evaluating listings and completing legitimate transactions, but may not reproduce or exploit site content without written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in an applicable transaction. Frickin Brand Inc is not responsible for outages or acts of independent registrars, Escrow.com, hosting providers, payment networks, or other third parties. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Florida law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Frickin Brand Inc may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Material transaction terms already accepted through Escrow.com remain governed by that transaction.
