PURCHASE AND TRANSFER

Domain Transfer Policy

This policy explains how Frickin Brand Inc transfers a purchased domain after Escrow.com confirms that the buyer’s funds are secured.

Effective date: September 5, 2026

1. Fastest method: GoDaddy account change

All domains offered by Frickin Brand Inc are currently registered at GoDaddy. The fastest method is generally an account change from Frickin Brand Inc’s GoDaddy account to the buyer’s existing GoDaddy account. After required approvals are completed, this method can often be completed within minutes, although no exact completion time is guaranteed.

2. One-day inspection period

Frickin Brand Inc’s Escrow.com transactions are set with a one-day inspection period. The inspection period begins when the buyer receives control of the domain or when Escrow.com otherwise determines that delivery has occurred. The buyer must inspect, accept, or reject the domain through Escrow.com within the period shown in the transaction.

3. Transfer to a different registrar

A buyer may request transfer to another registrar when the domain is eligible. This process normally requires the buyer to initiate the transfer with the receiving registrar and may require an authorization code, confirmation emails, and approval by GoDaddy. An inter-registrar transfer usually takes longer than a GoDaddy account change.

4. Registrar transfer restrictions

A domain may be temporarily ineligible for transfer to a different registrar during the first 60 days after initial registration or a previous registrar transfer. A 60-day inter-registrar lock may also follow a change of registrant when the applicable lock is imposed. These restrictions concern movement to another registrar and do not necessarily prevent a permitted change between GoDaddy accounts.

5. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must provide accurate account details, maintain access to the email address and registrar account used for the transaction, accept registrar requests promptly, and notify Frickin Brand Inc immediately if instructions cannot be completed. A buyer choosing the GoDaddy account-change method should have an active GoDaddy account ready to receive the domain.

6. Acceptance and release of funds

After receiving control, the buyer should verify the domain in the receiving account and record acceptance through Escrow.com. Escrow.com releases funds according to the individual transaction after buyer acceptance, verification of delivery, or expiration of the inspection period.

7. Delays, rejection, and disputes

Registrar security checks, transfer locks, incorrect account information, missed confirmations, or third-party outages may delay delivery. Any rejection, cancellation, return, or dispute must be handled through Escrow.com under the individual transaction terms. Frickin Brand Inc will cooperate with reasonable registrar and Escrow.com verification requests.
